Josh Randall joined Mansfield Physical Therapy in 2018 becoming the premiere physical therapist for spine and orthopedic diagnoses. Josh brings over 20-years of experience with orthopedic and sports physical therapy. Josh has spent most all of his career in the outpatient setting focusing on spine management while at Rhode Island Spine Center in Providence, Rhode Island

Josh brings over 20-years of experience to Mansfield Physical Therapy. While completing his Athletic Training (ATC) degree from Ithaca College, Josh played varsity football all four years. His first job out of school was the Head Athletic Trainer for the Rochester Junior Americans Hockey in Rochester, NY. Gaining valuable, hands-on experience, Josh returned to school at Boston University to complete his Master’s in Physical Therapy. Josh brought his clinical skillset and ATC background to HealthSouth in Bangor, ME and became involved with NFL Junior Player Development Program as well as local high school teams.


Realizing his passion was in spine rehabilitation and manual therapy intervention, Josh joined Rhode Island Spine Center as the head physical therapist. He developed guidelines, protocols, and procedures for physical therapy intervention and worked closely with physicians and chiropractors to optimize spine and extremity care. Josh continued his training at the renowned Michigan State University School of Osteopathic Medicine.


Josh joined Mansfield Physical Therapy in 2018, immediately becoming the premier spine rehabilitation physical therapist in the area. Combining manual therapy treatment such as massage, joint mobilization, and joint manipulation with progressive functional exercise training, Josh works with the most complex cases to maximize recovery.
